10. Our Services
We offer homeopathy, facial analysis (tissue salts), detox and balance support, and flower remedies. These services support general wellbeing and are offered as complementary care. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. You remain responsible for the decisions you make about your health and for how you act on the information and recommendations you receive.11. Alongside Conventional Healthcare
Homeopathy can be used alongside conventional healthcare. We will not ask you to stop or change any prescribed medication. Where appropriate, we may suggest that you speak to your doctor or arrange further health checks. Any decision about your medication or treatment should be made with your doctor.
12. Booking and Eligibility
By booking, you confirm that:
- you are 18 or over. Sessions for a child or a person under 18 must be booked by a parent or legal guardian, who must give consent and be present throughout;
- you are booking in good faith, of your own free will, and are able to enter into this agreement;
- you are not representing any agency, publication or organisation (for example, as a journalist posing as a client) to gather information without saying so;
- the information you give us, including in intake forms, is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge; and
- you will not send photographs or videos that show nudity or the private parts of the body of any adult or child.
Your agreement with us covers the whole course of care you receive from The Homeopathy Healer, including follow-up consultations.
13. Payment
Fees are confirmed at the time of booking. Unless we have agreed otherwise in advance, payment is due when you book, or before your consultation begins. We will send you an invoice or payment request where needed.
14. The Consultation
Consultations take place at the time agreed, in person or online (by video or audio call), as arranged at booking. We may ask you for photographs, for example to look at a skin complaint, or for a completed intake form before or after the session.
15. Remedy Recommendations
After your consultation, we will send you our remedy recommendations. If you do not already have the remedies, we will tell you where you can buy them. Remedies are recommended for your individual circumstances, so please do not share them with others.
16. Confidentiality and Health Records
Everything you tell us is confidential. We do not share your details with anyone else. We will only disclose information if:
- you have given us your specific instruction or consent, for example, to speak to another health professional; or
- we are required to by law or by a competent authority, or where it is necessary to protect life.
We keep your consultation notes and personal information securely, and we handle them in line with the UAE laws that apply to health information and personal data, including the requirements on how long records must be kept. You may ask for a copy of your records, or of a chat conversation. Please note that we are not responsible for the security of any email service or messaging app you choose to receive it through.
17. Emails and Marketing
When you book, your name and contact details are added to our records so that we can send you your remedy recommendations and appointment information. If you also choose to receive news, offers and educational content from us, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or by contacting us.
18. Technology and Privacy
When we use the internet, video calls, messaging apps, email or the telephone, we take every reasonable precaution to protect your privacy. However, we cannot guarantee that communication over these technologies is completely secure.

20. Our Practice and Local Laws
